Does Raq.com predict our next CQC rating?

No. Readiness scores are internal, evidence-backed consultant assessments. They aren’t official ratings or predictions.

Do provider staff need paid seats?

No. External provider participants use restricted portals or purpose-bound evidence links. Consultant seats are the paid internal users.

Can one provider see another provider’s records?

No. Provider and location assignments narrow access inside the consultancy account. Restricted safeguarding and enforcement records have separate access barriers.

What happens when we archive a location?

The record and audit history remain available, subject to your retention policy. The archived location stops using an active-location allowance.

Can AI send a PIR or factual-accuracy response?

No. It can prepare a cited draft from authorised records. A named person must review and approve anything sent outside Raq.com.

Is the CQC content ready for live regulatory use?

The workspace keeps official sources and content versions. A qualified care-compliance reviewer must approve the production framework pack and mappings before release.
